About The Position
We’re growing our haircut business and looking for a skilled, team-oriented groomer to join us part-time at Scenthound Lutz. This is not your typical grooming role. At Scenthound, we focus on dog wellness first - our grooming is clean, consistent, and functional. No complicated breed cuts. No ego. Just high-quality care for every dog, every time.
Requirements
- 1+ year grooming experience (or grooming school)
- Confident, efficient, and detail-oriented
- Stays calm and patient with dogs of all temperaments
- Thrives in a team-first, ego-free culture
- Takes pride in consistency, safety, and cleanliness
Responsibilities
- Simple, polished puppy cuts (one-length, neat face)
- Efficient grooming — 8-10 dogs per day
- Working in a high-volume, team-driven environment
- Supporting overall dog care and Scenter operations
