This role is designed for individuals aspiring to a long-term career in the dog training industry. You will begin by learning the fundamentals of dog body language, safe group management, and basic dog behavior and training skills within our structured daycare program. This position is more than just playing with dogs; it requires structure, attention, and accountability. We are committed to investing in our employees, providing approximately $10,000 in training for each professional dog trainer developed for our team. While previous dog experience is beneficial, it is not a prerequisite, as we offer comprehensive training for the right candidate.
