About The Position

We are looking to hire a part-time dog bather for our busy general practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced bather to join our team!

Requirements

Ability to bathe, brush, blow-out, and de-shed.
Confident in bathing with minimal supervision or direction.
Communicating professionally and effectively with dog owners.
Keeping area sanitized and organized.
Identifying potential medical issues and bringing them to the attention of the technician staff.
Understanding owners wants/needs.
Maintaining safety of dog above all.
Affection for animals.
Superior customer service skills.
Must have the ability to lift 50lbs+.
Familiarity with dogs, dog breeds and dog behavior.
Regular on-site presence is required as an essential function of the role.
In-person attendance is necessary to support patient care, respond to time-sensitive needs, collaborate with clinical teams, and maintain the safety and well-being of patients, clients, and staff.
