The position also offers a career growth path to Dog Groomer, with additional options including Front Desk, Assistant Manager, and Manager. The role requires the strength to lift up to 70 pounds, stamina to stand for long periods, reliable transportation, and willingness to work in a smoke-free environment.

Responsibilities

Clean and/or prepare dogs for grooming according to the order ticket.
Bathe and blow-dry dogs; clip or grind nails; clean ears; brush coats; clean teeth; and express glands.
Identify dogs’ health indicators and enter them in the S.C.E.N.T. Check app.
Work with the team to complete ordered services.
Assist teammates or ask for assistance as needed to keep the Scenter on schedule.
Ensure the safety of dogs and team members at all times.
Follow Scenthound sanitary and cleaning practices.
Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Scenter Manager.
