The main role for this job is to efficiently prepare documentation required for products being processed in our laboratory.
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience working in a professional office setting
- Must have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Attention to detail is a critical
- Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are also required
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite of Products
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with Sage X3 a big plus
Responsibilities
- Responsible for preparing labels, air bills, and certificates of analysis for more than 30 distinct shipments
- Required to provide email notifications to all customers receiving shipments the following day
- Additional responsibilities include general filing, and overseeing annual offsite storage process of files
