About The Position

The Documentation Specialist will assist the New Accounts & Document Control Manager with creating, modifying, storing, organizing, and maintaining client-facing documents as well as assist department leaders in developing and documenting internal procedures.

Requirements

  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for attention to detail.
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • 1 year of related experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Proficient in SharePoint
  • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Pro

Nice To Haves

  • Financial Services background preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist department leaders in developing or modifying non-client-facing documents such as procedures and quick reference guides.
  • Work with department leaders to ensure procedures are tested at least annually.
  • Track that procedures have been updated based on published Stifel Bank Updates.
  • Assist Document Control Manager with client-facing document development or modifications. Working directly with Legal, Marketing and Compliance
  • Organize, manage and track client-facing documents
  • Manage document inventory, archives and version control within the central repository.
  • Create and maintain communication templates.
  • Support the standardization of communication for Treasury Management and Deposit Operations.
  • Follows documentation retention and destruction schedules to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
