Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field (university an asset)
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience
  • All candidates considered for hire must successfully pass a criminal background check, credit check, and validation of their work experience to qualify for hire.

Responsibilities

  • Sort, prep, scan, validate, and index high volumes of mail and faxes
  • Handle negotiable instruments including reconciliations and deposits
  • Manage document storage and destruction per guidelines
  • Perform quality control reviews
  • Track incoming and return mail items
  • Complete daily and monthly reporting
  • Receive and distribute cheques/courier items
  • Support cheque processing and reporting tasks
  • Ensure accurate document packaging and file uploads
