About The Position

The Document and Quality Specialist is responsible for administering document control and quality management system (QMS) processes in support of ISO 9001 compliance while providing coordination and support for project-related documentation activities. This role serves as the central resource for document governance, quality records management, audit readiness, and documentation workflows across engineering, production, and quality functions. By maintaining the integrity, accessibility, and accuracy of controlled documentation, this position supports regulatory compliance, operational effectiveness, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Project Management, or relevant equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Zero (0) to two (2) years of experience in document control, project coordination, or administrative support in relevant industries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Documentum, or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of document control principles, version control, and compliance standards
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings.
  • Valid driver's license required.
