The Document Production Associate position is responsible for providing word processing and/or document production services for our clients. This role operates on a Tuesday-Saturday schedule from 1 PM to 10 PM. The associate will utilize appropriate logs and tracking software, thoroughly assess job requests, and perform work in document production, proofreading, intake, and workflow coordination. They will use established procedures to edit, proof, convert, create, transcribe, or otherwise complete document production requests to client satisfaction, demonstrating proficiency in necessary equipment, technology, software, and hardware. Communication with team members, leads, supervisors, or clients regarding job or deadline concerns is essential, as is meeting contracted deadlines. The role also involves troubleshooting basic software or hardware problems, fostering a proactive environment of continuous service enhancement and client relationship building, performing quality assurance, adhering to company and client policies, and using equipment and supplies efficiently.
