The Senior Document Production Associate position is responsible for providing word processing and/or document production services for our clients. This role involves performing document production work according to established policies and procedures, thoroughly assessing job requests, and ensuring appropriate completion throughout the task lifecycle. The associate will exercise independent judgment and use established procedures, standards, and formats to edit, proofread, convert, create, transcribe, or otherwise complete document production requests to client satisfaction. This position requires intermediate to advanced use of equipment, technology, software, and hardware. The role also assists with the coordination of document production services, preparation, intake, and workflow within the team, and troubleshoots more complex software or hardware problems. Utilizing appropriate logs and/or tracking software for all assigned work, meeting contracted deadlines, and communicating with peers, supervisors, or clients on job or deadline issues are key aspects of this role. The associate will help foster a proactive environment of continuous service enhancement and relationship building with the client, handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information, and perform Quality Assurance on the work of others. Additionally, the role involves training more junior staff members, assisting peer teams with proofreading, design, or other document production and preparation as needed, and completing other tasks and assignments as assigned by management. Interaction with clients in person, over the phone, or electronically is expected, along with adherence to Williams Lea policies and client site policies. The associate will use equipment and supplies in a cost-efficient manner.
