The Document Production Associate position is responsible for providing word processing and/or document production services for our clients. This role operates on a Tuesday-Saturday schedule from 1 PM to 10 PM. The associate will utilize appropriate logs and/or tracking software for all document production work, thoroughly assess job requests, and ensure appropriate completion of job tasks throughout the task lifecycle. Responsibilities include performing work in document production, proofreading, intake, and workflow coordination functions as needed. The role requires using established procedures, standards, and formats to edit, proof, convert, create, transcribe, or otherwise complete document production requests to client satisfaction. Demonstrating proficiency in using necessary equipment, technology, software, and hardware is essential. Communication with team members, leads, supervisors, or clients regarding job or deadline concerns is crucial, as is meeting contracted deadlines for service delivery. The associate will also troubleshoot basic software or hardware problems and help foster a proactive environment of continuous service enhancement and relationship building with the client. Quality assurance on work, as requested, and adherence to Williams Lea Tag policies, in addition to client policies, are also key. The role requires using equipment and supplies in a cost-efficient manner.
