About The Position

Interactive Brokers seeks several motivated individuals to join our Application Support Group as a Document Processor to support the New Accounts team. This role will be part of a team building one of the world's strongest brokerage brands. This is a Part-time Fully Remote Position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • High preference for Multi-lingual candidates with professional written and spoken communication
  • Proficient user of MS Office applications, including advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and multitask
  • Self-organized team player with an excellent eye for detail
  • Self-motivated and able to handle tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Superb analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication (Verbal and written) skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience: 2-3 years in Financial Services preferred. Recent graduates with relevant degrees who are motivated and demonstrate the right aptitude will also be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Use Chinese language skills to translate documents in Traditional and Simplified Chinese.
  • Daily processing of institutional and retail client applications.
  • Reviewing and verifying proof of identity, proof of address, and other documents collected from new account applicants.
  • Collaborate with other cross-functional teams to assist with account approval and maintenance.
  • Cross-reference multiple databases and ensure that regulatory aspects of AML and KYC are completed before opening an account.
  • Follow various regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
  • Correspond with clients, sales representatives and Client service representatives.
