About The Position

SkylineDx is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Processing Clerk to support the efficient management of company records and documentation. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, processing, organizing, and maintaining both electronic and physical documents while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in document processing, records management, administrative support, or data entry preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with document management systems or electronic records software is an advantage.
  • Strong typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, review, and process incoming documents for completeness and accuracy.
  • Scan, index, file, and organize electronic and paper records according to company procedures.
  • Enter document information into company databases and document management systems.
  • Verify data and identify inconsistencies, correcting errors when appropriate.
  • Retrieve and distribute documents upon request from authorized personnel.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems to ensure easy document retrieval.
  • Ensure confidential and sensitive information is handled securely and in accordance with company policies.
  • Assist with document retention, archiving, and disposal processes.
  • Prepare reports and maintain logs related to document processing activities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate document handling.
  • Perform general administrative support duties as assigned.
