We are seeking a Document Imaging Specialist to join our team supporting DOI Data Management contracts in New Orleans, LA. Requirements

Two years of experience in general office practices.
Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, database, and other office software.
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously
Attention to detail with a focus on quality
High School, Technical Certification, or Graduate of Technical/Trade School
Ability to achieve and maintain a DOI Public Trust

Nice To Haves

Experience with public and proprietary Federal Records, Data and Documents
Experience with creating inventories for Federal Records Center
Experience with Kofax Software
Experience using document management software

Responsibilities

Conducts a variety of technical and administrative tasks.
Prepares documents for scanning
Scans documents and forms as directed.
Inputs data into client systems
Performs quality control and quality assurance on images and data
Assist with preparing boxes for storage and shipment.
Maintain accurate records inventory
Assist team on project tasks as needed
Maintains project files both manually and electronically.
Completes project tasking and deliverables within established program deadlines and service level agreement.
