The role also involves preparing requests for reproduction, monitoring distribution, creating reports, compiling manuals, organizing bid documents, providing travel administrative support, reviewing credit card statements, monitoring visitor access, ordering office supplies, assisting with events, and handling catering. Additionally, the specialist will assist with special projects, workflow improvements, screening and distributing mail, answering telephones, drafting responses, responding to information requests, attending management meetings, creating agendas, summarizing meetings, and coordinating with building management. The position requires working independently and within a team on various projects.
