About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Control Specialist / Project Information Coordinator to support project teams by managing, organizing, and securing project-related documentation throughout the project lifecycle. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining document control processes, ensuring proper revision control, and coordinating the assembly and archival of critical project records.

Requirements

  • Experience in document control, records management, project coordination, or project administration
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
  • Experience managing large volumes of project documentation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • High School Diploma/GED

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting engineering, construction, utility, infrastructure, or industrial projects
  • Familiarity with electronic document management systems (EDMS)
  • Knowledge of revision control and records retention processes
  • Experience coordinating construction work packages and project deliverables

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project document control systems and processes
  • Manage vendor documents, construction documents, quality records, and business records
  • Ensure accurate revision control and document tracking
  • Coordinate the assembly, reproduction, distribution, and archival of project documentation
  • Support project teams with document management and information flow
  • Ensure compliance with project requirements and record retention policies
  • Identify and implement cost-effective information management solutions
  • Maintain document databases and reporting tools
