About The Position

Develop and deploy a document control system that satisfies our EPC/Fabricator/End-User customer base; one which adds recognizable value to our product and services offering. Manage the maintenance, preparation, and routing of assigned sales orders. Coordinate and organize the fulfillment strategy, effectively communicating it to the execution team. Prepare accurate documentation packages for each delivery. Effectively manage carriers to ensure prompt and on-time deliveries. Maintain proficiency in our current computerized systems and other technologies while introducing other tools that promote and support our mission. Serve as the lead on priority orders ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution, document management, and communication through delivery. Manage sensitive information in a confidential manner. Assist with other projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with document control standard practices and software.
  • Ability to research and resolve irregular and unusual transactions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interfacing with employees, customers, and vendors.
  • Strong understanding and appreciation of deadlines and commitments to schedules.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy a document control system that satisfies our EPC/Fabricator/End-User customer base; one which adds recognizable value to our product and services offering.
  • Manage daily submittals of drawings, procedures, and project related documents for all customer purchase orders.
  • Coordinate document packages across multiple departments to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
  • Review and verify all project documentation.
  • Conduct in person training to ensure adherence to all project specific document control processes and procedures.
