About The Position

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Full-Time Doctor of Physical Therapy to join our dynamic team. You will work in a collaborative environment with other healthcare professionals to create personalized treatment plans that support our patients' recovery and well-being. Health Atlast West LA is a fully integrated, multi-disciplinary healthcare practice dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. Our team includes medical doctors, physical therapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, physiotherapists, and massage therapists who collaborate to optimize patient health and well-being. Requirements

Active California Physical Therapist License in good standing (required)
BLS/CPR certification is required, or the ability to obtain it upon hire

Nice To Haves

New graduates are welcome
Experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, or integrative care is preferred but not required
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide hands-on, patient-centered physical therapy evaluations and treatments
Document progress notes and comply with clinic protocols and standards
Collaborate with a team of chiropractors, medical doctors, acupuncturists, Certified Athletic Trainers (ATC) and massage therapists for integrated care.
Educate patients on injury prevention, pain management, and healthy lifestyle practices.
Patients accepting the recommended treatment plan taking into account the different services.
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Document and submit records and Medical Necessity Reports when required.
Track and monitor KPIs
