About The Position

Rehab Advantage & Sports Medicine is seeking a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) to provide services within CoreCivic facilities in Ohio. This role typically follows a 3-day per week schedule, giving you both flexibility and consistency. The position offers a competitive per-patient rate, a consistent 3x/week schedule, and a flexible part-time structure with reliable, predictable patient flow, contributing to an excellent work-life balance. There are currently 30 visits/week already established on this caseload and will increase when a therapist is on-site.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
• Active Ohio PT license in good standing
• Strong clinical and documentation skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with individualized plans of care
• Improve mobility, function, and quality of life
• Collaborate with medical and facility staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with guidelines
