Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry (OD), licensed in MA
- Ability to perform quality comprehensive eye exams and contact lens fittings
- Stay up to date on newest products and technology
- Uncover the patients needs to provide appropriate solutions and recommendations
- Present and implement decisive and creative ideas
- Passionate about seizing opportunities to grow the business
- Ability to provide enthusiastic and concise communication to meet/exceed patient expectations
- Foster positive and results-oriented associate, doctor and patient relationships
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-up
- Utilize proper time management skills to efficiently prioritize
Nice To Haves
- Work alongside licensed optometrists and opticians who have over 75 years combined optical experience
- Gain diverse knowledge and work experience
- Work with high quality optical equipment, including Optos and OCT
- Feel confident when helping patients that we offer the latest, newest, high quality products that we stand behind
