This is a full-time, clinic-building opportunity for a Doctor of Chiropractic. The Joint Chiropractic is a large network of clinics aiming to change access to chiropractic care through an affordable, convenient model with no appointments required and extended hours.

Requirements

4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited college
Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college
Passing scores for Parts I, II, III, and IV from NBCE. A recent NBCE SPEC exam is an acceptable alternative for Part IV.
Valid Wisconsin DC license
Fully eligible for malpractice insurance in Wisconsin

Responsibilities

Consult with patients by reviewing appropriate health histories and conducting examinations.
Evaluate patients' neuromusculoskeletal systems and spine.
Perform manual chiropractic adjustments.
Educate patients about the benefits of routine chiropractic care.
Recommend appropriate courses of care.
Build positive, trusting doctor-patient relationships.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
Communicate effectively with the chiropractic and front desk teams.
Contribute to a positive, energetic clinic environment.
Passionately recommend membership plans and packages when appropriate to provide patients with affordable, consistent care.
Take ownership of patient retention, clinic growth, and your professional development.
