About The Position

TForce Freight is seeking a part-time Dockworker to help ensure customer freight is loaded safely and efficiently and delivered on time and in the condition in which it was received. The role is part of a safety-focused team and involves operating powered warehouse equipment and tractors to move freight and vehicles safely, including in tight spaces. No CDL is required.

Requirements

• No CDL is required.
• Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate dedication.
• Perform essential job functions safely without an obvious risk of injury to oneself or coworkers.
• Be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Be a U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.
• Have strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Hold forklift operator certification.
• Demonstrate a customer-focused, team-oriented work ethic and safety focus.
• Be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate yard trucks to manage dock needs and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Print bills of lading (BOLs) for daily deliveries.
• Process and palletize damaged penny and RTV merchandise.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure workplace.
• Help maintain and care for dock equipment.
• Unload cargo using cranes or forklifts.
• Secure shipments upon arrival.
