About The Position

ExxonMobil is currently seeking an experienced Dock Operations Supervisor for the Baton Rouge Refinery located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The Docks Supervisor will oversee / direct Dock connecting crews & berth person-in-charge in operating and monitoring Docks process equipment in a safe, reliable, and environmentally sound manner. This is a Management-Professional-Technical (MPT) Supervisory position that requires working 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, forced call-outs and holidays. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have 8 years Dock Operations experience in the Petro-Chemical Industry
• Must have 3 years Dock Supervision experience
• Currently possess or be able to qualify for a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)
• Currently possess or be able to qualify for a valid driver’s license
• Able and willing to work nights, holidays and overtime
• Able and willing to work in inclement weather, climb structures and perform work at heights
• Submit to and satisfactorily complete pre-employment background, medical, and drug screening
• Maintain required certifications and training that are area or assignment specific

Responsibilities

• Safely perform duties with strict adherence to procedures, use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and company policy
• Ownership of personal safety and safety of co-workers
• Work a rotating shift schedule in a team environment
• Obtain Supervisor post qualification within specified time and maintain all post training requirements
• Perform primary emergency response duties assigned per post requirements
