This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Spring/Summer, 2026, it will be a full time seasonal role.

Requirements

High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Ability to multitask in fast paced environments
Ability to think calmly and clearly in any situation
Mechanically inclined
Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC), support and course reimbursement provided

Responsibilities

Sustain a safe environment in all areas controlled by Minnewanka Lake
Participate in the global effort to keep all areas of Minnewanka clean and wildlife safe
Be prepared for a fast-paced work environment with changing conditions
Demonstrate a positive attitude and good communication skills
Ensure that a high level of customer service is given to each guest
Introduce, teach and enforce safe boating rules and operation of vessels
Operate POS systems; assist guests in completing rental agreement forms
Supervise Lake Minnewanka rental area, and provide on water assistance to guests in need
Perform daily checks on rental boats and docks
Small daily maintenance tasks
Other Duties as assigned
