About The Position

This role is responsible for carefully moving packages and materials around our facilities. The primary focus is on safely sorting mixed and floor freight to create accurate loads for outbound trailers, while maintaining accurate counts and paying close attention to detail. The position also involves performing administrative tasks related to inbound and outbound loading, identifying and reporting damages, shortages, or quality deficiencies, and securing freight for transit. A key responsibility includes operating an air compressor for airbag usage.

Requirements

• One to two years related experience or equivalent.
• Familiarity with shipping practices and handling methods.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to excellence and high standards.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• Acute attention to detail.
• Ability to read, comprehend, company’s paperwork and training material.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently.
