About The Position

Job Purpose Oversee safety, quality, and production and delivery metrics in a production environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned. Works in coordination with supervisor to manage the daily operations of assigned employee(s), assuring overall quality, productivity, and policy / contract adherence. Supports employee(s) by answering questions and assisting where needed. Achieves required safety, quality, delivery, and performance levels. Fosters a culture of continuous improvement. Performs miscellaneous assignments as required and/or requested. Performs other related duties as assigned by management. Flexibility to provide coverage of various shifts as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Able to work in teams and communicate clearly with managers and other team members.

• 2nd Shift Monday - Friday, 4pm - 12:30am, or until
• 1-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Operational SECO documentation expertise
