About The Position

As NFM’s Return Dock Specialist you’re focused on processing the returned customer product purchases and properly coding all uncrated products and ensuring processes are being followed. Your work will directly impact our ability to help people create a lifestyle they love, for the people they love—because that’s what we love.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• 6 months’ customer contact experience
• Positive, upbeat attitude
• Ability to lift/push/pull required weights
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to criminal background check

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Operate scanning equipment preferred
• Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs

Responsibilities

• Verify all return orders during check-in
• Examine product for defects
• Process paperwork, tag products and assign status coding for returns
• Wrap merchandise and properly note any arising problems on order
• Move the product to where it needs to go safely
