Join Intel Foundry Construction and Sourcing (FCS) in building the world's largest semiconductor manufacturing factories across the globe. The future is what we build. Our enterprise manages a portfolio of capital projects on-site with a large contractor workforce that encompasses outsourced general contractors, A/E firms, and key trade companies in the Semiconductor Construction Industry. The scope of our work includes but is not limited to New Wafer Fabrication factories (Fabs), Fab Conversions, Process Tools Install, Infrastructure, and Progressive Build. We are looking for world-class technical talent to join our team. If you enjoy working with the latest technology in a rewarding, fast-paced environment, this is the right place for you. Everywhere you go, you'll find an opportunity to make a difference. In any given workday, you will be given the responsibility to innovate and create an impact on our business. The FCS portfolio delivers billions of dollars in construction projects around the world, and the successful delivery of these contributes to Intel's success. This is an on-site position at the Ocotillo campus in Chandler, Arizona. The Dock Project Manager (DPM) provides overall oversight and coordination of dock side operations supporting Move in/Move out (MiMo) activities. This role integrates dock execution, freight flow, scheduling, and post install quality assurance/quality control (QAQC) to ensure tools, materials, and infrastructure are managed safely, on schedule, and to required quality standards without impact to Fab production. The DPM serves as the single point of accountability for dock execution, quality closure, and constraint resolution across assigned buildings and projects, coordinating multiple contingent service support roles to deliver efficient, compliant operations.
