About The Position

We're looking for experienced technicians to install and repair dock levelers, overhead doors, and warehouse equipment. Our Dock & Door Technicians start their day from home and travel directly to customer sites. If you have strong mechanical skills and work well in a team environment, this is a great long-term opportunity! This role offers a variety of work including service and installation, consistent hours with overtime opportunities, and the convenience of starting and ending your day from home with no daily shop time.

Requirements

• Mechanical experience (dock & door, construction, garage doors, or similar)
• Comfort working with tools, equipment, and installations
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift, climb, and work in physical environments
• Willingness to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair dock levelers, overhead doors, and related equipment
• Travel to customer facilities throughout the day
• Diagnose mechanical issues and complete repairs efficiently
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks
• Communicate clearly with customers on work performed and recommendations
• All other responsibilities/duties as assigned
