Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
Accurate data entry.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
SAP work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Managing inbound and outbound dock scheduling and any scheduling changes for all managed Liberty freight.
Communicating with carriers, transportation planners, facilities, and leadership.
Ensuring the safety of our people, workplace and environment and meeting all company, legal and other requirements.
Processing accessorial requests, revising dock capacity to align with business needs.
Monitoring carrier activity in BluJay and ensuring carrier payment by Liberty.
Interfacing with carriers via e-mail and phone calls and being involved with facility decisions regarding dock scheduling and dock capacity.
Being involved in any process changes regarding BluJay as well as expansions of the process.
Bending, kneeling, lifting of 50+ pounds and climbing.
