Dock Coordinator
About The Position
The Dock Coordinator is part of Clair's Warehouse team. This role involves coordinating the loading and unloading of trucks, assisting with truck packs, general warehouse duties, driver scheduling, and truck maintenance/cleaning. Employees are expected to support the company's strategic blueprint, mission, and core values, exercising honesty, integrity, and respect. A positive attitude, professional appearance, regular attendance, and a neat work area are also expected. Employees share responsibility for safety and health within the company and are expected to follow all safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Ability to excel and adapt in a fast-paced, client driven, demanding environment
- Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude under sometimes challenging conditions
- Prompt, consistent, and dependable attendance is a requirement for this position.
- Availability to work overtime on short notice, including weekends, when necessary

Responsibilities
- Coordinate loading and unloading of trucks
- Coordinate the activity of workers engaged in loading and unloading trucks and check-in and out of gear.
- Assist Transportation Manager with truck packs
- Assist Shop Manager with general warehouse duties as needed
- Assist with driver scheduling
- Coordinate truck maintenance/cleaning
- Other duties as assigned
