About The Position
Seeking dependable Dock Workers to support daily warehouse and donation dock operations. This role is responsible for receiving, sorting, staging, and moving donated merchandise while helping maintain an organized, safe, and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable performing physical work throughout the shift and works well as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
Requirements
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
Nice To Haves
- Warehouse or dock experience preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and sort donated merchandise.
- Stage and organize products for processing and distribution.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Move merchandise using pallet jacks, carts, and other material handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dock area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and policies.
- Assist with additional warehouse and dock duties as assigned.
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals.
