This technical position operates within a high‑volume DMV regulatory environment and serves as the program manager responsible for directing, developing, and implementing evaluation and compliance measures for the Agency’s online programs and internal support functions. The role ensures that online program operations meet regulatory, security, and performance standards while supporting continuous improvement across multiple systems. The Program Manager acts as the primary point of contact for internal and external audit and reconciliation activities related to Agency assets administered through online programs. This position also serves as a key liaison with software vendors, IT, IT Security, Legal, and Process Efficiency teams to strengthen automation and ensure adherence to Agency security guidelines. The Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, serves approximately 6.2 million licensed drivers and ID card holders with over 8.4 million registered vehicles. In addition, DMV serves a wide array of businesses, including dealers, fuels tax customers, rental companies, driving schools, other state agencies, local governments, and non-profit organizations.
