About The Position

You will be the DMS Systems Engineer for the Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS) Team which is responsible for mitigating obsolescence risks and delivering affordable solutions to keep the warfighter mission‑ready. As the DMS Engineer you will be responsible for translating technical and supply‑chain data into actionable plans that sustain the F‑35 and ADP fleets.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or STEM related field.
Experience working in the aerospace industry.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

Nice To Haves

B.S. Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree.
General knowledge of electronic components, DMS and Project Management.
Industry Experience with VBA and SQL.
Experience in working with Suppliers and/or Supply Chain engagement.
Ability to use technical and interpersonal skills to coordinate across multiple IPTs, disciplines and suppliers in establishing integrated technical and affordable DMS solutions.
Ability to use knowledge of trade studies and business case analyses to recommend options for DMS mitigations.

Responsibilities

Analyze technical and obsolescence data (BOMs, industry reports) to identify program impacts.
Manage, review, and disposition DMS Supplier Data Requirement Lists (SDRLs).
Develop, coordinate, and present DMS Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) to program customers.
Coordinate across Systems Engineering, Program Management, and Global Supply Chain to ensure seamless execution.
