DME & Medical Supplies Supervisor (Operations)
About The Position
Guardian Angel Home Care is seeking an experienced DME & Medical Supplies Supervisor to oversee and streamline our durable medical equipment and supply operations across all locations nationwide. This is a key operational role responsible for ensuring our clinicians and patients have timely access to the equipment and supplies they need, while maintaining compliance, cost efficiency, and strong vendor relationships. Requirements
- Experience in DME, home health, or medical supply coordination (required)
- Strong understanding of Medicare guidelines and documentation for DME
- Experience working across multiple locations or regions
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with both clinical and administrative teams
Responsibilities
- Oversee all DME operations across multiple states
- Manage ordering, tracking, and distribution of medical supplies for all offices nationwide
- Coordinate with clinicians, office staff, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and setup
- Maintain and build relationships with DME and supply vendors
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, insurance, and regulatory guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and implement systems to prevent shortages or delays
- Review costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment or supply issues in real-time
- Develop and standardize processes across all locations
