In this entry-level role, you aren’t just handling paperwork; you are the essential help desk for our execution layer. By stepping in to support both our DME Operations Coordinator and our DME Intake and Logistics Assistant, you ensure that our daily operations run seamlessly. The Mission: You are responsible for keeping the department running like clockwork. This means proactively managing high-volume documentation retrieval, assisting with vital patient coverage verifications, and helping coordinate the physical delivery of equipment. You will work at the heart of our operation, taking daily workflow direction from our lead coordinators so they can focus on complex clinical triage and processing.
