The Divisional Project Manager independently and collaboratively drives the life cycle of routine projects and new ideas through implementation, launch, and a process of continuous feedback. This role manages both enterprise level and divisional projects through all phases of approval, planning, execution, and maintenance to ensure results are achieved on time. The position partners with Divisional leadership teams to develop and prioritize divisional initiatives and timelines, ensuring progress to plan and tracking critical project achievements. They also partner with the ePMO as the divisional point of contact for ecosystem and enterprise initiatives and execution, working with necessary stakeholders to establish and achieve goals. This role acts as a driving contributor in an evolving environment, influencing across all levels of the division. Under direction, the Divisional Project Manager coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors as needed for project execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. They escalate matters deviating from plan to their direct supervisor, develop project scopes and objectives, ensure technical feasibility, and manage resource availability and allocation. The role involves developing detailed project plans, using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs, and measuring project performance. They report and escalate to management as needed, manage client and stakeholder relationships, perform risk management, establish and maintain vendor relationships, and create comprehensive project documentation.
