About The Position

TJX Companies is seeking a strategic, collaborative, and results-oriented Divisional Manager, Product Development Technology & Training to enhance how technology and training support their expanding Global Product Development organization. This role requires a leader capable of translating complex business needs into clear direction, practical solutions, and sustainable results. The ideal candidate will partner effectively with users and leaders at all levels, lead and develop a high-performing team, and ensure strong execution of initiatives. Success hinges on balancing innovation with disciplined execution, scaling technology and learning solutions across a large, diverse, and entrepreneurial organization to meet the dynamic needs of TJX's off-price business model.

Requirements

Relevant experience in Business, Technology, Organizational Development, or a related field, gained through a combination of professional experience, education or combination of both.
10+ years of progressive leadership experience, with demonstrated success leading complex business and technology initiatives.
5+ years managing teams, including experience leading managers.
Ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
Experience actively contributing to an organization’s evolution to it’s next state of growth, complexity, and operational maturity.
Strong understanding of the Product Development lifecycle and related technologies including PLM systems, 3D platforms, workflow solutions, and other tools.
Expertise in technology strategy, learning and development, and organizational capability building.
Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities with the ability to translate vision into results.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the vision, roadmap, and investment priorities for Product Development Technology and Training.
Partner with leadership to align technology and learning initiatives with business objectives.
Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI and industry trends to improve efficiency, scalability, and innovation.
Partner with and influence key stakeholders across the organization to include Product Development, IT, Legal, Finance, Logistics, and Compliance.
Maintain strong, ongoing connections with internal customers to understand evolving needs, gather feedback, and ensure technology and training priorities deliver practical business value.
Lead enterprise-wide technology, training, and process transformation programs.
Ensure successful implementation, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
Establish and monitor success metrics to drive continuous value realization.
Oversee technology operations, prioritization, support processes, and service delivery.
Drive adoption of new tools and processes through effective change management and communication strategies.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and innovation.
Lead and develop a high-performing team of managers and professionals.
Create accountability, growth opportunities, and strong team engagement.
Build organizational capabilities that support long-term business success.
