About The Position

The Divisional Coordinator provides support services for nursing staff, providers, and other medical staff members as appropriate. This position is responsible for effectively and efficiently coordinating communication between staff members, patients, and providers. The Divisional Coordinator serves as a contact for internal and external customers regarding patient care and throughput in their designated unit. This role involves gathering and maintaining data for process improvement, participating in process improvement initiatives, and keeping divisional services statistics up to date. The position requires exceptional customer service, team participation, critical thinking, self-direction, and organizational knowledge. Additionally, the role may assist with coordinating equipment trials and obtaining quotes for capital purchases.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • One year of applicable experience in a healthcare setting
  • CPR card within 90 days of hire (maintenance required – required by December 2025)
  • Basic Nursing Assistant class; current Washington State NAC license (maintenance required)

Responsibilities
