The Divisional Compensation Lead will have primary responsibility for managing the research, design, communication, implementation and administration of compensation programs, policies and procedures for the division globally. The incumbent will evaluate, design and recommend compensation programs that align with Corporate/Global Compensation strategies and take into consideration local laws, regulations, and market competitiveness to enhance and improve their impact on the business.
