Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in accounting
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Degree in Accounting or Business
- Strong Excel and financial analysis capabilities
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines
- Strong communicator with ability to work independently and within teams
Nice To Haves
- CPA designation preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare forecasts, budgets, and financial statements for the division
- Partner with mill leadership to analyze performance and support decision-making
- Evaluate revenue, spending trends, and financial commitments
- Perform reconciliations, inventory valuation, accruals, and production reporting
- Maintain internal controls, support audits, and complete external reporting
