The Division Sales Manager is responsible for managing, directing, and implementing the sales programs and systems to achieve or exceed individual and divisional sales and profit goals. This person will utilize the company’s FACE values, mission, and vision as guides in order to lead their employees and reach the team’s goals. This is accomplished through servant leadership and effective team management. As a manager, this position is expected to be involved in their community in some fashion, set time aside for self-improvement and always strive to be a better leader. This position directly reports to the Regional Sales Manager and works directly with other Division Sales Managers and major accounts. This position interacts regularly with the Five Oaks support team (Central Purchasing Department, Account Management Team, Operations Managers, Human Resources, IT Department, and the Parr Leadership Team) as well as interacting regularly with vendor representatives and industry associates.
