Requirements

Prior experience in facilities management, commercial cleaning, or a related service industry
Proven leadership or supervisory experience managing teams
Strong customer service and client relationship management skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings or evenings as needed
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Proficiency in basic computer applications for scheduling and reporting

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned division within the commercial cleaning service area
Recruit, train, and manage frontline cleaning staff to ensure high performance and retention
Conduct quality control inspections at client sites to maintain ServiceMaster standards
Serve as a primary point of contact for client accounts, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction
Schedule and coordinate cleaning crews across multiple commercial accounts
Monitor supply inventory and equipment maintenance for the division
Track and report on key performance metrics, productivity, and budget compliance
