About The Position

Quantum Services is hiring a hands-on Division Manager to lead its field inventory audit team in the Roswell, New Mexico, area. The manager works directly alongside the team in convenience store locations, managing daily scheduling, driving audit accuracy, coaching inventory auditors, and maintaining client relationships. The role includes regular daily local route travel to client locations within the surrounding regional area, with compensated hourly drive time and mileage reimbursement. The schedule is Monday through Friday, averaging 36–42 hours per week. Field audit start times typically begin around 6:00 AM, with departure times varying based on route distance.

Requirements

Prior leadership experience as a Supervisor, Team Lead, Shift Manager, or Field Lead in retail, inventory, route operations, or general labor.
Valid driver's license, active personal auto insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle.
Ability to pass MVR/BGC screenings.
Stamina to stand, bend, squat, lift up to 25 lbs, and operate handheld keypads in walk-in coolers.
Reliable home Wi-Fi access for administrative reporting.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

Work alongside field audit teams in convenience stores to perform high-accuracy stock counts across sales floors, stockrooms, and walk-in coolers.
Develop schedules, track attendance, and provide ongoing hands-on training for field auditors.
Communicate audit findings with store managers.
Manage team itineraries.
Submit daily audit reporting.
Maintain strong client relationships.
