About The Position

IFP Motion Solutions has an immediate need for a Division Manager to join their team of talented, trustworthy, and skilled individuals who are passionate about what they do and enjoy providing personalized attention to clients. This position is responsible for the successful coordination of an outside sales group for IFP Motion Solution's Kansas locations. Further responsible for establishing and maintaining vendor and supplier relationships. Also undertakes business development activities and initiatives to provide a sufficient client base for the ongoing success of the company.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years experience in industrial sales and supervising staff
• Must be highly skilled in dealing with high pressure situations, a wide range of clients, and sensitive information
• Excellent computer and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Represents the firm within the community and professional trade shows and organizations.
• Responsible for the supervision and assessment of performance/goal setting for sales staff.
• Attends weekly management team meetings, providing updates on sales goals and performance.
• Reports to VP of Sales & Marketing
• Establishing and maintaining vendor and supplier relationships.
• Business development activities and initiatives to provide a sufficient client base for the ongoing success of the company.
