Diversified Installation is seeking a driven and experienced Division Lead to manage the Moving & Storage division. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing logistics, developing efficient processes, and focusing heavily on sales and business development. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader capable of managing both operational aspects and actively generating new business through sales efforts. Requirements

• Previous leadership experience in moving, storage, logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with scheduling software, CRM tools, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Moving & Storage division.
• Develop processes to ensure efficient, high-quality service.
• Lead and train a team of movers, drivers, and support staff.
• Actively generate leads and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with residential and commercial clients.
• Develop pricing proposals and sales strategies.
• Set and track sales and operational performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Serve as the primary contact for major accounts and complex moves.
