NFI Massachusetts, Inc., a nonprofit human service agency, is currently seeking a Division Director of our Acquired Brain Injury Programs to oversee up to four of our residential homes for adults. Programs are in Haverhill, Dracut, Chelmsford, and Methuen. This position requires on-call availability and will report to the Assistant Director of Operations and be a member of NFI’s senior management team. The senior management team is responsible for the development and implementation of new initiatives and ongoing operations of the agency. NFI Massachusetts provides services ranging from behavioral health and substance use treatment, long and short-term residential facilities for adults and youth, and an array of community-based services.
