About The Position

Northeast Arc Clinical Services provides a full range of home health care services, specializing in the provision of Continuous Care Nursing Services to medically complex and fragile children and adults. As the Division Director, Clinical Services (RN), you will have an integral role in advancing that work and furthering Northeast Arc's mission of helping people with disabilities become full participants in the community, choosing for themselves how to live, learn, work, socialize and play. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day clinical operations to ensure safe, high-quality patient care and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and accreditation standards, including CMS Conditions of Participation, regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and policy development and implementation. As a member of the senior leadership team, you will bring your clinical expertise and strategic vision to an organization that is as committed to its people as it is to those it serves.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Massachusetts required
  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in providing clinical home health care
  • Extensive experience working in program design and budget development
  • Superior ability to develop innovative solutions, take initiative, and make key contributions
  • Superior interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including demonstrated ability to work effectively independently and in a team or collaborative environment
  • Ability to maintain licensing standards as outlined by funding agencies
  • Proficiency working with Microsoft Office products, EHR systems, and databases
  • Must successfully complete and pass all required background checks as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the appointed Home Health Agency Administrator, providing leadership and oversight of day-to-day clinical operations to ensure safe, high-quality patient care across the division
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and accreditation standards, including CMS Conditions of Participation, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations
  • Lead policy development and implementation to advance clinical quality and operational effectiveness
  • Supervise and support Clinical Managers and Schedulers, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team environment
  • Oversee program design and budget development, including the ability to negotiate budgets and contracts with Commonwealth and private parties
  • Work closely with and in support of the executive team as an active member of the senior leadership team
  • Build and maintain relationships with a variety of funding sources, families, and interagency partners
  • Apply strong strategic and planning skills, including the ability to think tactically on both organizational and systemic levels over multi-year horizons
