District Training Manager
About The Position
This position will assist the district manager in the overseeing and execution of daily training operations across four ZAXBYS locations (Lavonia,GA, Elberton,GA, Walhalla,SC, and Pickens,SC). Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, training, and tracking the development of all team members through the online ZAXBYS University portal. The role also involves LTO (Limited Time Offer) rollouts at all locations to ensure proper training of new menu items, utilizing brand-specific software to guide management in daily operations relating to speed of service, inventory, and labor, and enforcing brand standards by performing assessments at each location to ensure standards are met. Driving is required for this position.

- Restaurant experience is required.
