About The Position

Champion Window - District Sales Manager If you are enthusiastic and financially driven individual with leadership and in-home sales experience, join the Champion Window team! As a District Sales Manager for Champion Window, you will recruit, hire and train great employees, drive sales and grow the business profits for multiple Champion locations.

Requirements

  • Successful, confident sales leader who has experience effectively leading sales business.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with in-home sales strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and motivating sales teams to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and talent development experience required.
  • Knowledge of financial documents and general accounting
  • Experience managing Profit and Loss
  • Computer software competencies including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work standard retail hours including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to travel to multiple locations

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Sales Representatives to consistently achieve and exceed sales performance goals.
  • Actively recruit, onboard, and develop new sales representatives, ensuring early and sustained success.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and field ride-alongs to model best practices and provide constructive coaching.
  • Drive a culture of self-generated lead activity, ensuring team members take ownership for creating new opportunities and are held accountable for achieving lead generation expectations.
  • Monitor performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement individualized development plans to drive improvement.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and customer-first focus across the team.
  • Recognize and celebrate achievements to reinforce a winning, team-oriented environment.
  • Serve as a role model for professionalism, customer engagement, and ethical sales practices.
